Hiking Challenges
We aim to do at least 1 new hike challenge each year for the group. Those who complete receive a prize and button. Previous prizes have been a fanny pack and water bottle sling. Prizes are collected at our celebration that we schedule in January. Check out our challenges/events page for our most current challenge.

Online Shop
After many requests, we have re-opened a new online shop in 2023 that will have more options to choose from! We have partnered with a printing factory that will print apparel & accessories "on-demand" which means we won't be holding inventory and items will ship directly from the factory to you.

Hiking in San Diego hot spots, walking around lakes, exploring new trails that San Diego County (and out of county) has to offer! We have a range of hikes from beginner (easy) walks & hikes, intermediate (moderate) level hikes and workouts, and harder/longer hikes. Some of our easier hikes and walks will include Torrey Pines, Lake Mirama
Hiking in San Diego hot spots, walking around lakes, exploring new trails that San Diego County (and out of county) has to offer! We have a range of hikes from beginner (easy) walks & hikes, intermediate (moderate) level hikes and workouts, and harder/longer hikes. Some of our easier hikes and walks will include Torrey Pines, Lake Miramar, Los Penasquitos Waterfall, beach or bay walks. Moderate and more challenging hikes will include Cowles Mountain and other hikes in Mission Trails (South Fortuna, North Fortuna), Potato Chip Rock, Iron Mountain, Black Mountain, Cedar Creek (Devils Punchbowl), El Cajon Mountain, Eagle Rock, PCT Pacific Crest Trail, and so many more!

Since then we have started/completed other challenges like the ongoing 52 Peaks Challenge, the Nifty 50 Scavenger Hunt Challenge in 2022-2023, the 10 Hike Challenge

It's always been a struggle for me to stay in shape, commit to exercise, and find reliable girlfriends to do so with, which is why I started this group. I would love to help out other ladies with exercise commitments, just like you will be helping me! I'm motivated and committed to this group and always excited to see it evolve each year!
